1. Order Processing
All orders are subject to payment confirmation and verification before processing.
For ready-to-ship jewellery, orders are generally processed within 7 – 15 business days.
For made-to-order, customised, or personalised jewellery, the processing and manufacturing time may vary depending on the product. The estimated delivery timeline will be communicated to the customer at the time of purchase.
Orders may require additional time during festive seasons, sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand.
2. Delivery Timeline
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time within India is generally 7-15 business days, depending on the delivery location.
The delivery timeline provided is an estimate and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Transportation delays
Courier service disruptions
Government restrictions
Public holidays
Incorrect or incomplete address information
Unsuccessful delivery attempts
We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.
3. Secure & Insured Shipping
All gold and diamond jewellery orders are packed securely and shipped through trusted logistics partners.
Where applicable, shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit until delivery to the customer.
The jewellery will be securely packed and may require additional verification or documentation because of the high value of the shipment.
4. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
5. Delivery & Identity Verification
For high-value jewellery orders, the delivery partner or our authorised representative may require identity or delivery verification before handing over the package.
The order may be delivered only to the customer or an authorised recipient, subject to our verification requirements.
6. Package Inspection at Delivery
Customers are advised to carefully inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery.
If the package appears:
Opened
Tampered with
Damaged
Torn
Wet or otherwise compromised
please do not accept the shipment without recording the condition of the package and immediately contacting us.
Where possible, customers should record an unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is received until the jewellery and accompanying documents are fully unpacked.
This may assist us in investigating any transit-related issue.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer refuses to accept the shipment, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or return the package to us.
If the package is returned to us, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply where permitted and applicable.
8. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide the applicable tracking information through email/SMS/WhatsApp, where available.
Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the shipment status.
9. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or reported as damaged during transit, we will coordinate with the relevant logistics partner to investigate the matter.
Customers should contact us promptly if the tracking information indicates an unusual delay or if the package is not received within the expected delivery period.
For insured shipments, we will take reasonable steps to initiate and manage the applicable claim process with the logistics provider or insurer.

We offer free shipping across India on all eligible gold and diamond jewellery orders. Orders are shipped through trusted and secure logistics partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product and delivery location.
11. International Shipping
International shipping is available only to selected countries and may be subject to product restrictions, customs requirements, import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other government charges applicable in the destination country shall be the responsibility of the customer.
International delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance and local regulations.
12. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
Any applicable free-shipping offer will be subject to the terms and conditions of that particular offer.
13. Changes to Delivery Address
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to change the delivery address.
Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address generally cannot be changed. Any address change requested after dispatch will be subject to the courier’s ability to accommodate the request.
14. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery may be confirmed through the courier’s delivery record, OTP verification, signature, photograph, or other applicable delivery confirmation method.
Once the shipment has been successfully delivered and acknowledged by the customer or authorised recipient, responsibility for the package transfers in accordance with the applicable terms of the sale.
