Yes. Our gold jewellery is supplied with applicable purity/hallmarking documentation in accordance with applicable Indian regulations. Product details are mentioned on the invoice/certificate wherever applicable.
What gold purities do you offer?
We offer jewellery in different gold purities, such as 9K,18K and 22K, depending on the design and product. The purity of each piece is clearly specified on the product details and invoice.
Are your diamonds natural or lab-grown?
We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds, depending on the collection. The diamond type is clearly disclosed to the customer and is supported by applicable certification/documentation wherever provided.
Do your diamonds come with a certificate?
Diamond jewellery may be accompanied by a grading/certification document depending on the diamond and product. The applicable certificate details will be provided to the customer at the time of purchase.
What is the difference between a natural and a lab-grown diamond?
Natural diamonds are formed naturally within the Earth, while lab-grown diamonds are created using advanced technology in a controlled laboratory environment. Both are real diamonds, but they differ in origin and may have different market values.
What are semi-precious or gemstone stones?
Gemstones such as amethyst, citrine, garnet, topaz, turquoise and others are commonly used in jewellery. Natural gemstones can have variations in colour, inclusions, texture and appearance, making each stone unique.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Store jewellery separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box. Avoid perfumes, chemicals, chlorine, excessive moisture and harsh cleaners. Remove jewellery before swimming, exercising or doing heavy work. Refer to our Jewellery Care Policy for detailed guidance.
Can I exchange my Gold, Diamond or Gemstone jewellery?
Eligible jewellery may be exchanged subject to our Exchange Policy, including applicable time limits, product condition, original invoice/certificate and verification. Customised or personalised jewellery may be subject to special conditions.
Do you offer lifetime buyback?
Yes, Diya Eternal Jewels offers a Lifetime Buyback Facility on eligible jewellery purchased from us, subject to our Lifetime Buyback Policy. The buyback value is determined after verification and may differ from the original purchase price.
What documents should I keep after purchasing jewellery?
Customers should retain the original invoice, product certificate, diamond/gemstone certificate (where applicable), and other purchase documents. These may be required for exchange, buyback, servicing or warranty-related requests.
